We are looking for an administrator/Documentor to join our busy team. We are a Global Manufacturing organisation based in Barry, and we are currently looking to recruit an administrator/Documentor. Full time position - 40 hours per week.
You must be able to work under pressure, be well organised with excellent communication skills, with a strong eye for detail, ideally coming from an administration background or something similar.
The role of Documenter is a generic role introduced to ensure the paperwork is done. Every person in the work process has their own responsibility in this and is or may be supported by an administrative person to carry out the actual data entry or retrieval. The Documenter assists in the storage and retrieval of PPM data.
The following are some duties of this role, but not limited to:
- Daily run reports to retrieve work required for printing.
- Daily print work packs for varied departments/persons and to be passed over to them.
- Weekly print work packs for Lubrication, pipework and welding and rotating.
- Weekly print services work orders and email to collect.
- Monthly run reports and print out lubrication's work orders and deliver to team.
- Daily updates for the appropriate files with hours and tech finding.
- Check all files have appropriate details: signatures and procedures filled in.
- Pass any compliance paperwork back to WAC for integrity department.
- Pass any closure reports completed back to PPM.
- As and when print work orders for departments/persons when asked.
Further Responsibilities:
- Update databases and spreadsheets as requested by Decom organisation.
- File documentation both electronically and manually into appropriate storage facility.
- Daily updating of files and admin duties.
- Data Management.
- Check all files have appropriate details: signatures and procedures filled in.
- Manage any incoming paperwork for each person/departments.
- Any other administrative duties or ad-hoc tasks that may be asked.
