Our client, a leading organisation in dispute resolution, is seeking a dedicated Administrator (Casework) to join their dynamic team! Position Details:

Role Purpose:

As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in the Casework Assessment and Support Department. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive administrative support across the dispute support and resolution directorate. You\'ll ensure excellent service delivery to both internal and external customers while maintaining accurate and effective administration processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues across the directorate to deliver a full administrative support service, helping teams meet their targets and key performance indicators.
  • Communicate effectively offering exceptional customer service through various channels (phone, email, letter, webform).
  • Provide timely updates to customers regarding the progress of their cases.
  • Support the senior management team with various administrative tasks, including diary and inbox management, travel bookings, meeting minutes, and information collation.
  • Maintain and update relevant systems and databases, ensuring all records are accurate and current.
  • Regularly check and manage the directorate inbox, responding to queries promptly or directing them to the appropriate team member.
  • Assist with the execution of wider directorate projects.
