Responsibilities:

  • Assist the legal team with secretarial tasks, typing, filing, scanning, and general admin support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, documents, and files.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence professionally and efficiently.
  • Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a legal assistant or admin professional.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
