We're seeking organised, proactive, and customer-focused individuals to step into exciting temporary Administrative Support roles within the public services sector.
Based in the vibrant community of
Nettleham, Lincoln , these positions offer a unique opportunity to contribute to essential operations while enjoying a competitive hourly rate of 12.83 per hour.
Please note this role will be subject to Police Vetting, you must have been residing within the UK for a minimum of 3 Years continually

What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing administrative support to diverse teams and departments.
- Responding to inquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
- Processing documentation, correspondence, and reports efficiently.
- Monitoring shared inboxes and managing workflow effectively.
- Supporting meetings and events by preparing documentation and recording actions.
- Producing management information, data, and reports to assist decision-making.
- Liaising with police officers, staff, partner organisations, and the public.
- Supporting procurement and financial administration processes as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with Force policies and GDPR requirements in information management.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous administrative or office-based experience.
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
