In this role, you will have the chance to make a significant impact by ensuring accurate and informative data is provided to support decision making. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will play a vital role in improving organisational design related processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
As an Admin Support - Organisational Design, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining organisational data integrity and resolving data accuracy issues by collaborating with line managers and heads of departments.
- Responding to requests for data extracts, such as structure charts, from the Org Vue system.
- Providing administration support for position management, including creation, deactivation, and position transfers.
- Assisting with key projects and change initiatives in collaboration with Organisation Design Partners.
- Supporting headcount governance processes by providing inputs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to clarify, align, and improve organisational design processes.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Strong numeracy skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Logical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Meticulous attention to detail and respect for confidentiality.
- Experience managing databases, numerical information, and dashboard reporting.
- Previous experience in change management and/or organisational design preferred.
- Knowledge of organisational design principles is a plus.
- Proven ability to build credible and trusting relationships.
