Working Pattern: Full Time, Office Based (37.5 hours per week) £13ph to £15.38ph dependant on experience. *Please note this role is a 12-month contract role however can be extended due to performance and business need.*
Our client is a global leader in their field, an innovative tech company with a commitment to excellence involved in the development of next generation communication products! They are currently looking to add an experienced Administrator to their team!
Reporting into the Admin manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day admin duties, including but not limited to:
- Ensuring smooth office daily operations; continuously improving the office environment and handling staff requests/complaints.
- Managing office supplies and stock in an organized and trackable system.
- Raising purchase orders, receiving services/goods, and processing payments promptly.
- Providing timely support to supervisors and departments.
- Generating invitation letters, booking transportation and accommodation for visitors and staff business trips.
- Maintaining communication with suppliers and reporting issues promptly.
- Occasionally covering reception duties if required.
Experience: We are seeking candidates with previous experience in an administration or coordination role. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, be well-organized, and proficient in Microsoft Office packages including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
