Join Our Team as an Admin Assistant! Are you organised, detail-oriented, and ready to make a difference in the Utilities industry? Our client is seeking a vibrant and dedicated Admin Assistant to support their dynamic team in Taunton on a temporary basis. Position Details:

  • Contract Type: Temporary
  • Contract Length: 3 months with potential to be extended
  • Working Hours: Full Time - 37 hours Monday to Friday - all onsite
  • Hourly Rate: 16.90 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and Coordination: Assist in the preparation of construction, maintenance, and replacement work while coordinating team activities effectively.
  • Network Fault Response: Help coordinate the team’s swift response to network faults, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
  • Customer Enquiries: Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm, both verbally and in writing. Your customer service skills will shine as you ensure every customer feels valued.
  • Work Programming Assistance: Support the Team Manager with work programming, helping to keep projects on track and organised.
  • Data Input: Accurately input data into the appropriate database, providing essential support to the Field Teams.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist other team members as needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
