Our client, a leading organisation in the financial sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support management in a variety of Unit Trust and OEIC administrative activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Conduct periodic reviews of all aspects of Open Ended Funds to ensure compliance with regulations. Assist in resolving queries and technical issues, providing timely support where needed. Review funds in alignment with the appropriate regulations, investigating discrepancies and escalating issues as necessary. Review and update procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance. What We\βre Looking For: The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high degree of accuracy in their work, understanding the critical nature of administrative tasks within the financial services industry. You should have a flexible approach, particularly under tight deadlines, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with both clients and internal stakeholders. Qualifications: Previous administrative experience, preferably within a financial or regulatory environment. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
