Our client, a leader in the Manufacturing & Production industry, is seeking a passionate and skilled Technical Support Engineer to join their dynamic team! This position offers you the opportunity to make a real impact while working with cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional technical support in relation to Adhesive Application to our UK & European distributor network through phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Conduct training sessions and joint customer visits to ensure our partners are well-equipped.
- Develop and implement testing programmes while maintaining a central knowledge database for easy access.
- Handle technical inquiries via the helpline and tech support inbox, ensuring prompt resolutions.
- Prepare engaging presentations and materials for webinars and training sessions.
- Tackle product quality complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- A degree in Material or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in adhesives, sealants, coatings, or paints is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of the MS Office Suite and excellent communication skills.
- A full driving licence and availability for approximately 15-20% travel.
- Additional language skills are highly desirable!
