Our client is seeking an energetic and dynamic Client Liaison Officer to support their management team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy and varied environment and loves building strong relationships.
You will be the key liaison between individual retailers and the management team. You\’ll play a crucial role in developing and implementing commercial and asset strategies, utilising your exceptional communication skills to ensure smooth operations and high levels of satisfaction among retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collate and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly sales data, identifying areas of growth and risk, and producing trend analysis reports.
- Provide regular updates to clients and management teams regarding retailer performance and issues.
- Conduct regular visits to retailers to maintain positive relationships, gain feedback, and provide support.
- Focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Lead the induction of new retailers and store managers, and develop training programmes tailored to their needs.
- Manage retailer events and ensure they are well-coordinated with the management team.
- Engage retailers in sales growth opportunities such as events, promotions, and marketing activities.
