Your Role:
- Performing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements weekly, monthly, quarterly.
- Handling Purchase Ledger & Sales Ledger, ensuring prompt payment processing and credit notes
- Supporting Head of Finance with Credit Control
- Make construction contract applications for payment
- Job Costing
- Accruals, prepayments, stock take/processing/valuations

- Previous PL & SL experience
- Experience working with accounting software and MS Excel.
