About the RoleAs Account Manager, you\’ll play a key role in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long‐term partnerships with clients, acting as their trusted point of contact throughout all campaign stages.

Project Management: Oversee day‐to‐day operations of client accounts, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure flawless execution.

Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams across account management, digital marketing, creative, PR, and content to deliver exceptional results.

Campaign Strategy: Support Account Directors in developing impactful strategies, bringing your insights and experience to the table.

Reporting & Analysis: Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging updates and results to clients.

Problem Solving: Address client concerns promptly and professionally to ensure positive outcomes.

What We\’re Looking ForTo succeed in this role, you\’ll need:

At least 2 years\’ experience in account management, ideally within a marketing or creative agency.

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and confidence in presenting ideas.

Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high‐quality work.
