We are supporting a leading organisation in the film distribution sector in hiring a Licensing & Administration Coordinator to join their UK Single Title Screening Licence (STSL) team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative, customer‑facing, and film‑industry experience who thrives in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the smooth administration and daily operations of the UK STSL department. This includes managing film screening enquiries, supporting key accounts, maintaining internal databases, and ensuring all film rights and documentation processes run efficiently. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for film, excellent organisational skills, and confidence managing varied stakeholder interactions.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all UK STSL enquiries
  • Manage inbound calls and inboxes, ensuring timely and professional responses
  • Support departmental targets and assist the wider STSL team as needed
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer queries are resolved promptly
  • Maintain and regularly update internal databases
  • Work with an external vendor to ensure the film library is accurate and up to date
  • Ensure customers receive all required documentation and communications
  • Manage and process manual bookings
  • Liaise with the marketing team regarding website and promotional queries
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth resolution of operational issues

Experience

  • Experience in an account administration or coordination role
  • Strong knowledge and passion for film
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a strong customer‑service background
  • Able to multitask and manage competing priorities with ease
  • Positive problem‑solver; able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Comfortable interacting with the general public
  • Quick learner, able to pick up new systems and product lines
  • Awareness of technology in film & TV distribution (desired)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK, including some weekend screening events
