The role
This role will be based within the Connections Reform Programme team focused on designing and implementing a reformed Connections process to achieve quicker connections for viable and Net Zero aligned projects, as well as a more coordinated and efficient network design that benefits customers and consumers.
Responsibilities
- Subject matter expert on risk management and governance – driving best practice across the programme.
- Works closely with project managers and planner to produce regular risk report on programme level risks and ensures risk log maintained.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Management of the governance cadence and administration for the programme, consolidating and preparing governance packs for senior stakeholders (including Programme Delivery Meeting (PDM), Decision Board and Connections Alignment Group), capturing meeting minutes and following up and reporting on action delivery.
- Manages Change Advisory Board (CAB) and process.
- Leads on arranging Connections Reform programme townhalls.
- Manage the deliverables review plan (DRP) for the programme, working with programme team to understand current state of delivery.
