Why This Role Matters:
As a Supporter Care Coordinator (Stewardship), you\’ll play a pivotal role in shaping a best-in-class supporter experience. You will be the heartbeat of our donor stewardship programme, ensuring our supporters feel valued and appreciated
- Location: Southwark, London (Just a 4-minute walk from Southwark train station)
- Contract: Temporary for three months, has the opportunity of going permanent
- Pay: £14.84ph
- Working Hours: 21 hours per week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
- Hybrid/remote/onsite: Fully onsite initially
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Leading the delivery of high-quality thank-you communications.
- Collaborating with the Supporter Care Coordinator (Data) to manage and accurately enter donor information.
- Creating and maintaining processes for efficient gift recording and thanking.
- Engaging with supporters through phone, email, and post in a friendly and transparent manner.
- Managing the fundraiser inquiries inbox and supporting challenge event fundraisers.
What We\’re Looking For:
- Experience in high-quality donor or customer care.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- IT competence and proficiency in data entry.
- Attention to detail and strong numeracy skills.
- A proactive approach to creating and improving processes.
- A good understanding of data protection best practises.
