Why This Role Matters:
As a Supporter Care Coordinator (Stewardship), you\’ll play a pivotal role in shaping a best-in-class supporter experience. You will be the heartbeat of our donor stewardship programme, ensuring our supporters feel valued and appreciated

  • Location: Southwark, London (Just a 4-minute walk from Southwark train station)
  • Contract: Temporary for three months, has the opportunity of going permanent
  • Pay: £14.84ph
  • Working Hours: 21 hours per week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
  • Hybrid/remote/onsite: Fully onsite initially

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Leading the delivery of high-quality thank-you communications.
  • Collaborating with the Supporter Care Coordinator (Data) to manage and accurately enter donor information.
  • Creating and maintaining processes for efficient gift recording and thanking.
  • Engaging with supporters through phone, email, and post in a friendly and transparent manner.
  • Managing the fundraiser inquiries inbox and supporting challenge event fundraisers.

What We\’re Looking For:

  • Experience in high-quality donor or customer care.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • IT competence and proficiency in data entry.
  • Attention to detail and strong numeracy skills.
  • A proactive approach to creating and improving processes.
  • A good understanding of data protection best practises.
