What You'll Do
- Managing Deliverables: Oversee finance elements of the Synergy programme, ensuring effective planning and communication with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Reviewing Processes: Analyse Synergy product returns for consistency and completeness, highlighting critical differences in policies or processes.
- Gap Analysis: Examine current processes to identify necessary changes for alignment with the new system.
- Interdependencies: Map interdependencies between different workstreams to ensure comprehensive understanding across the organisation.
- Workshops Participation: Attend Synergy workshops as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Support BAU Activities: Provide valuable assistance to Finance and Procurement on daily operations.
What We're Looking For
- Full professional accountancy qualification (CCAB, CIMA, or equivalent) or currently working towards one.
- Proven ability to analyse complex financial information and present it clearly.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality outputs and services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead projects.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
- Proficiency in common Microsoft Office packages.
