About the Role:
As a Senior Customer Operations Assistant, you\'ll play a pivotal role in our Transfers operational area, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer requests for account transfers between providers.
- Delivering exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and instant messaging.
- Collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners while adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining accurate records and completing administrative tasks within a team environment.
- Handling customer complaints with professionalism and ensuring the right outcomes.
