Are you a passionate Business Analyst ready to make a significant impact in the retail industry? Our client is seeking a dynamic individual to join their Technology function for a temporary position. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with the Product organisation and the Business to drive innovative technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning & Estimation: Assess business analysis activities and deliverables for various initiatives to ensure smooth project execution.
- Problem Definition: Collaborate with the Product team to define and document business challenges and opportunities, contributing to business cases and securing commitment for change.
- Requirements Gathering: Engage with Business, Product, and Engineering teams to identify and define requirements through diverse techniques such as workshops, interviews, and workflow modelling.
- Agile Participation: Actively participate in technology squad activities like backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, ensuring necessary project assets are developed at each delivery stage.
- Requirements Management: Elicit, validate, refine, and manage requirements for initiatives, ensuring clarity and completeness with valid acceptance criteria.
- Data Mapping: Create and document data mapping specifications to outline how source data aligns with target systems, including required business and transformation rules.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture relationships across all organisational levels, effectively engaging multiple stakeholders. Your ability to challenge the status quo respectfully and provide insightful advice will be essential!
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in Customer Experience: Proven history in delivering Customer Experience and Relationship Management Solutions is a must! Experience with loyalty management, appointment booking, and CRM solutions will be highly advantageous.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Understanding the Customer Journey is key to providing extraordinary experiences. Familiarity with customer-facing web and app solutions is a plus!
