We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a project focused on cross-border healthcare data sharing between the UK and international partners. The role will involve defining operating processes, mapping existing workflows, and developing an operating model for future rollout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with UK and international stakeholders to define processes for data sharing.
  • Map existing processes from pilot projects and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop an operating model to support onboarding of new countries.
  • Document requirements and produce clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Support workshops and discussions to align stakeholders on project objectives.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong process mapping and operating model design experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology and concepts (advantageous).
  • Ability to work independently and deliver outcomes in a complex environment.
  • Knowledge of data-sharing principles and data analysis (desirable).

Contract Details

  • Length: 6 months (potential extension subject to budget)
  • Location: London or Manchester (hybrid - 1-2 days per week in office)
  • Travel: If based in Manchester, occasional travel to London (approx. once per month)
  • Clearance: BPSS required
  • Rate: £650 daily
  • IR35: Inside
