We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a project focused on cross-border healthcare data sharing between the UK and international partners. The role will involve defining operating processes, mapping existing workflows, and developing an operating model for future rollout.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with UK and international stakeholders to define processes for data sharing.
- Map existing processes from pilot projects and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop an operating model to support onboarding of new countries.
- Document requirements and produce clear, actionable recommendations.
- Support workshops and discussions to align stakeholders on project objectives.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong process mapping and operating model design experience.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare terminology and concepts (advantageous).
- Ability to work independently and deliver outcomes in a complex environment.
- Knowledge of data-sharing principles and data analysis (desirable).
Contract Details
- Length: 6 months (potential extension subject to budget)
- Location: London or Manchester (hybrid - 1-2 days per week in office)
- Travel: If based in Manchester, occasional travel to London (approx. once per month)
- Clearance: BPSS required
- Rate: £650 daily
- IR35: Inside
