Are you passionate about food and dedicated to exceptional service? We have the perfect opportunity for you! Our vibrant catering team in Coulsdon are looking for a Catering Supervisor to join them on a temporary contract.

What You'll Do:

  • Supervising Staff: Lead and inspire a dynamic team of catering staff, ensuring they provide outstanding service.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
  • Inventory Management: Help manage stock levels and assist with ordering supplies to keep our kitchen fully stocked.
  • Assist with prepping and be prepared to have a hands-on approach to help out as and where required to do so.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Previous supervisory experience in catering or a related field is essential.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills to interact effectively with staff and customers.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for quality and presentation.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work varying hours, early starts from 7am to 2pm / 3pm finish - you will need to be a little flexible with start and finish times during the day.
  • Able to work Monday to Friday.
