Are you passionate about food and dedicated to exceptional service? We have the perfect opportunity for you! Our vibrant catering team in Coulsdon are looking for a Catering Supervisor to join them on a temporary contract.
What You'll Do:
- Supervising Staff: Lead and inspire a dynamic team of catering staff, ensuring they provide outstanding service.
- Quality Control: Ensure all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
- Inventory Management: Help manage stock levels and assist with ordering supplies to keep our kitchen fully stocked.
- Assist with prepping and be prepared to have a hands-on approach to help out as and where required.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Previous supervisory experience in catering or a related field is essential.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills to interact effectively with staff and customers.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for quality and presentation.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varying hours, early starts from 7am to 2pm / 3pm finish - you will need to be a little flexible with start and finish times during the day.
- Able to work Monday to Friday.
