Responsibilities
- Ensure customer invoices and credit notes are accurately processed in line with company procedures.
- Allocate customer payments and maintain precise account reconciliations.
- Handle supplier purchase invoices with the correct coding and necessary authorisations.
- Reconcile supplier statements and swiftly resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in credit control by telephone chasing, monitoring outstanding balances, and addressing any related queries.
- Be the go‑to person for internal and external queries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the finance team as required.

- Previous experience in accounts administration or a similar finance role.
