About The Job:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team in maximising project conversion. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Updating project file information to assist the sales team
- Communicating with the sales team to offer support throughout the order process
- Contacting customers to create or update projects
- Reviewing databases to drive new leads and opportunities
- Creating opportunities to build new relationships with architects, surveyors, etc.
- Utilising various computer packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Editor, in-house finance system)
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Product knowledge (training provided)
- Telephony system proficiency
- Attention to detail
- Experience using various Office packages (must have experience with PDF editor)
In a typical day, you will:
- Review quotes to be completed with an eye for detail
- Communicate with the sales team to ensure a quick turnaround
- Check emails for any urgent updates
- Make calls to potential new leads and projects
- Ensure quotes are sent accurately and promptly
- Save quotes into the project filing system
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an office environment, preferably in a sales support role
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a telesales environment, ideally creating new leads
- Ability to build relationships and trust
- Excellent attention to detail
