We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to join our client in Dundee who are a fast-paced manufacturing site. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role within a growing production team, driving performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for overseeing key production operations, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while leading teams to deliver operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support production teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency targets
  • Promote a safe working environment and drive a positive safety culture
  • Organise workflow in line with production plans and priorities
  • Monitor performance and report against KPIs
  • Drive continuous improvement to reduce waste and improve efficiency
  • Ensure customer and quality standards are consistently met
  • Support training, development, and multi-skilling of team members
  • Manage performance, absence, and employee relations issues
  • Collaborate with supply chain, quality, and customer service teams

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Supervisory experience or strong leadership capability
  • Experience in coating, printing, or similar processes (desirable)
