What You'll Be Doing:
- Operating machinery and supporting production line activities
- Following clear procedures and work instructions to ensure quality output
- Handling, filling, sealing and labelling products
- Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process
- Completing production records accurately
- Preparing goods for packaging and dispatch
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Working closely with colleagues to meet production targets
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in manufacturing, production or a similar hands-on role (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes precisely
- A team player with good communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic IT skills (Word/Excel)
- A positive, proactive and dependable approach to work
