- Operating Industrial Sewing Machinery: You'll set up, operate and monitor industrial sewing machines, ensuring smooth and efficient running throughout your shift. Over time, you'll develop strong machine knowledge and confidence in your role.
- Delivering Quality and Consistency: You'll work to agreed production targets while maintaining strict quality standards, ensuring every product meets specification.
- Carrying Out Quality Checks and Reporting: You'll complete quality inspections, maintain accurate records and report any faults or concerns promptly to supervisors to minimise disruption.
Although you'll operate your own machine, you'll be part of a wider production team working towards shared goals.
