- Operating Industrial Sewing Machinery: You will set up, operate and monitor industrial sewing machines, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently throughout your shift while building confidence and technical skill.
- Maintaining Quality and Output: You will work to production targets while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy, ensuring all products meet required specifications.
- Quality Checks and Reporting: You will carry out routine inspections, complete production records, and escalate any faults or concerns promptly to maintain consistent output.
While managing your own machine, you'll be part of a wider production team where reliability, communication and teamwork are essential to success.
- Previous sewing or machine operating experience is essential
