We're recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy and growing manufacturing site in Perth. This is a hands-on role offering full training, consistent hours, and real potential to secure ongoing or permanent work. If you enjoy working with your hands, being part of a team, and producing high-quality work, we want to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
- Assembling small components with accuracy
- Carrying out glazing processes, including working with chemical tanks
- Loading and unloading items from kilns
- Measuring, cutting, grinding, bonding, and finishing materials
- Using hand tools and completing basic quality checks
- Working to tight tolerances and production instructions
- Manual handling and safe movement of materials
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Supporting wider production and 5S housekeeping standards
What we're looking for:
- Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred
- Comfortable with hands-on, manual work
- Willingness to work with chemicals (full PPE provided)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow SOPs and written instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude
- Basic IT skills and good communication
- Ability to work rotating shifts
Shift Pattern (Rotating):
- Early Shift Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 2:30pm
- Shorter Shift on Fridays
- Back Shift Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm- 10:30pm
- Shorter shift on Fridays
