Role Overview
You will:
- Manage your own caseload of higher-value and complex personal injury claims
- Handle cases involving road traffic accidents, employer liability, and public liability
- Lead on litigation matters, including court work
- Collaborate effectively with Counsel and other stakeholders
- Work directly with clients and represent the firm professionally
This is a client-facing role, predominantly office-based in Glasgow, with hybrid working available once fully established in the position.
About You
To thrive in this role, you must have:
- 4 years PQE in Personal Injury litigation
- Proven experience managing complex injury cases
- Strong litigation and court experience
- Confidence communicating with Counsel and clients
- A proactive, organised, and solution-focused mindset
- Experience in Clinical Negligence work would be a significant advantage and is highly regarded for this position
