Contract - Temporary - 2 months, could be extended or permanent contracts available

Salary: 12.71 per hour

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 9:00am - 5:30pm - more hours potentially available

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a friendly, organised, and proactive Front Desk & Student Services Assistant to join a busy student accommodation team in Dundee. The successful candidate will primarily be based at a central Dundee site, with occasional work required across two additional student accommodation locations within the city. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manning the front desk and welcoming residents and visitors
  • Handling parcels, post, and deliveries
  • Responding to emails and general enquiries
  • Updating the company Instagram page with appropriate and engaging content
  • Assisting with the setup and running of in-house events
  • Carrying out ad hoc housekeeping duties when required
  • Supporting the wider team with day-to-day operational tasks

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Good organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Confident using email and social media platforms, particularly Instagram
  • A positive, flexible, and team-focused attitude
  • Ability to travel between sites within Dundee when required
  • Previous customer-facing experience is beneficial but not essential
