About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Perth. With strong growth plans in place, this organisation offers a stable and long-term opportunity within a supportive production environment. The role of Packing Operative is key to the smooth running of the production process, ensuring products are packed accurately and efficiently to meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Packing components into boxes and tubing
- Printing labels and accurately following work instructions
- Selecting appropriate packing materials in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Managing the order book and prioritising work accordingly
- Maintaining quality and efficiency standards at all times
Skills and Experience
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed instructions
- Experience with packing/warehouse work
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Basic IT skills, with a willingness to develop further

About You
You will be a reliable and hardworking individual who takes pride in producing accurate work. You will be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team and be keen to learn new skills within a manufacturing setting.
Training
Full training will be provided due to the specialist nature of the products, ensuring you are fully supported as you settle into the role.
Working Hours
Rotating Double Day Shift (from day one): Monday to Friday 06:00 - 15:15 (Day Shift) 15:00 - 00:15 (Back Shift) Biweekly rotation between above shifts. Day shifts may also be included in this rotation.
