We're looking for reliable team players to join our clients busy manufacturing team in Perth.
As a General Operative, you'll be at the heart of our manufacturing team, supporting a clean and efficient workspace.
Painting & Facility Upkeep:- Painting floors, line markings, and touch-ups.
- Light painting tasks on walls and railings.
- Preparing surfaces for painting (sweeping, cleaning, basic sanding).
- Previous painting experience is a plus, but training will be provided!
- Keeping the shop floor immaculate.
- Operating floor-cleaning machinery (training provided).
- Regularly emptying bins and managing waste disposal.
- Assisting with minor repairs and upkeep.
- Supporting ad-hoc tasks as they arise.
- This role is active and involves manual tasks.
Previous experience in painting, maintenance, or similar roles is desired but not essential. Someone who takes pride in delivering quality work consistently.
