Ready to roll up your sleeves and make a real impact? We're looking for reliable team players to join our clients busy manufacturing team in Perth.
Monday - Friday - Day shifts (with early finish on Fridays). Overtime also available at time and a half. There are also opportunities to progress into different areas of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Painting & Facility Upkeep:
- Painting floors, line markings, and touch-ups.
- Light painting tasks on walls and railings.
- Preparing surfaces for painting (sweeping, cleaning, basic sanding).
- Previous painting experience is a plus, but training will be provided!
- General Housekeeping:
- Keeping the shop floor immaculate.
- Operating floor-cleaning machinery (training provided).
- Regularly emptying bins and managing waste disposal.
- Maintaining tidy walkways and communal spaces.
- Basic Maintenance & Odd Jobs:
- Assisting with minor repairs and upkeep.
- Supporting ad-hoc tasks as they arise.
- Promptly reporting maintenance issues.
- Using hand tools as needed (e.g., screwdrivers, brushes).

- Physical Fitness: This role is active and involves manual tasks.
- Experience: Previous experience in painting, maintenance, or similar roles is desired but not essential.
