Ready to roll up your sleeves and make a real impact? We're looking for reliable team players to join our clients busy manufacturing team in Perth.

Monday - Friday - Day shifts (with early finish on Fridays). Overtime also available at time and a half. There are also opportunities to progress into different areas of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Painting & Facility Upkeep:
    • Painting floors, line markings, and touch-ups.
    • Light painting tasks on walls and railings.
    • Preparing surfaces for painting (sweeping, cleaning, basic sanding).
    • Previous painting experience is a plus, but training will be provided!
  • General Housekeeping:
    • Keeping the shop floor immaculate.
    • Operating floor-cleaning machinery (training provided).
    • Regularly emptying bins and managing waste disposal.
    • Maintaining tidy walkways and communal spaces.
  • Basic Maintenance & Odd Jobs:
    • Assisting with minor repairs and upkeep.
    • Supporting ad-hoc tasks as they arise.
    • Promptly reporting maintenance issues.
    • Using hand tools as needed (e.g., screwdrivers, brushes).

  • Experience: Previous experience in painting, maintenance, or similar roles is desired but not essential.
