Job Description
Adecco are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join a dynamic and quality-driven manufacturing team. You will be responsible for machining medium to heavy components to a high standard, ensuring customer specifications and quality expectations are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture precision components from engineering drawings in line with quality procedures.
- Interpret technical drawings to produce parts to exact specifications within estimated production times.
- Maintain high housekeeping standards to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
- Machine high-grade materials such as Inconel 718.
- Set and program Mazatrol Milling Machining Centres.
- Operate CNC Horizontal and Vertical Borers, Machining Centres, or Mill Turns.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years post-apprenticeship CNC machining experience.
- Strong background in machining medium to heavy components.
- Proficiency in Mazatrol programming and CNC machine setup.
- Solid understanding of tooling applications, machine tool capabilities, feeds, and speeds.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Flexible and adaptable to change with good problem-solving abilities.
