Job Description
Adecco are seeking a dedicated CCTV Operator based in Paisley to help detect and prevent accidents, crimes, and incidents at a secure site.
This role involves working 48 hours per week on a 4-on, 4-off day shift rotation, with an additional requirement to cover two extra shifts per month.

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer focus
- Valid SIA CCTV Licence is essential
- Previous control room experience
- Experience with CCTV systems
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and excel
- Ability to meet BS7858 vetting standards
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise daily with peers, operational teams, and site contacts
- Operate and monitor security systems within the Control Centre in line with assignment instructions and legislation
- Manage access and egress according to site-specific protocols
- Record events and actions observed in the control room
- Respond to incidents and security concerns
- Report technical faults using the appropriate escalation process
- Collaborate with emergency services and other security providers
- Produce written reports on incidents in accordance with site and company standards
- Ensure the safety of all individuals on site
- Perform additional duties as required
