The Role
- Health & Safety
- Follow all Health & Safety and site security procedures.
- Report any safety or environmental concerns accurately and promptly.
- Production & Process Control
- Take responsibility for plant operations to ensure consistent, efficient output.
- Maintain recovery rates and reduce downtime through ongoing monitoring.
- Quality Assurance
- Work in line with daily quality procedures to meet audit and customer requirements.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across all tasks.
- Maintenance & Hygiene
- Support the maintenance schedule alongside supervisors and engineering teams.
- Keep accurate records for maintenance, hygiene, and plant checks.
- Teamwork & Communication
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a supportive team culture.
- Communicate clearly with production, warehouse, logistics and customer service teams.
