Opportunity to join a growing medical device company with a strong hospital presence and established customer base. This role offers a mix of account management and new business development across a defined territory, working closely with clinical stakeholders and supporting procedures in theatre.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and grow sales across hospital accounts within the territory
- Build relationships with Consultants, Nurses, NCHDs and Procurement teams
- Identify and convert new business opportunities within existing and new accounts
- Provide clinical support in theatre to support procedures and outcomes
- Deliver product training and technical guidance to clinicians
- Manage territory planning, forecasting and pipeline development
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Attend relevant industry meetings and conferences
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in medical device sales
- Experience selling into hospital or theatre environments
- Clinical background (nursing or science) is an advantage
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a territory independently
- Target-driven with a proactive approach
- Full driving licence
