Customer Introducer / Executive (Temporary) Belfast City Centre £13.50 per hour Weekly Pay Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (35 hours per week) One week in every five working 10:00am - 6:00pm Minimum 3-Month Temporary Contract Immediate Start Available About the Role We are currently recruiting for a Customer Introducer / Executive to join a well-established financial services organisation based in Belfast City Centre. As a Customer Introducer, you will be the first point of contact for customers who have already expressed an interest in the company's products and services. This is a varied and customer-focused role involving both inbound and outbound calls, however this is not a cold-calling position. All customers are pre-engaged and have requested further information. Your role will involve providing a friendly, professional, and efficient experience while arranging appointments between customers and the advisory team. Key Responsibilities Speak with customers via inbound and outbound telephone calls. Introduce customers to the company's products and services. Schedule appointments between customers and retirement advisers. Maintain accurate records and manage customer call-back diaries. Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction. Build customer confidence through clear and professional communication. Ensure all administration and system updates are completed accurately. What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in a customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, financial services, or similar environment. Confidence speaking with customers over the phone. Excellent communication and active listening skills. Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities. Good computer literacy, including experience using Outlook, Microsoft Word, and CRM systems. The ability to work towards targets and deadlines without compromising quality. A minimum of GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) at Grade C/4 or above.
