Hours: Rotating shift pattern:
- Week 1: Monday-Thursday 7:00am-3:00pm, Friday 7:00am-12:30pm
- Week 2: Monday-Thursday 3:00pm-11:00pm, Friday 12:30pm-6:00pm
Pay Rate: £14.30 per hour + £2.99 shift allowance

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable Dispatch Operative with a valid forklift licence to support dispatch operations in a busy warehouse environment. This role involves loading and unloading goods, preparing orders, and using computer systems to manage dispatch documentation and labelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading goods using a forklift truck (FLT)
- Preparing and dispatching orders accurately and on time
- Picking, packing, and labelling products for shipment
- Using computer systems to generate labels and update dispatch records
- Ensuring all paperwork and documentation is completed correctly
- Carrying out checks to ensure goods are ready for dispatch
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe dispatch area
- Following all health & safety procedures and company policies
Candidate Requirements
- Valid forklift licence (essential)
- Previous experience in a dispatch or warehouse environment
- Basic computer skills (labels and dispatch systems)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team
