Are you an experienced Administrator with a background in Financial Services or customer service? Do you have excellent attention to detail and enjoy helping customers? If so, we have an exciting temporary opportunity to join a busy and supportive Investment Team in Belfast City Centre.
As an Investment Team Processor, you will play a key role in supporting customers throughout their investment journey. This is a varied role, with approximately 50% of your time spent on administration duties and 50% speaking with customers over the phone. Full training and support will be provided, allowing you to confidently deliver an excellent customer experience from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process new business applications and supporting documentation.
- Contact customers by phone to assist them through the investment application process.
- Ensure customer information is recorded accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Take ownership of customer applications from start to finish.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with company procedures and compliance standards.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy while working to deadlines and service level agreements.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout every interaction.
What We're Looking For
- Previous administration experience, ideally within Financial Services, banking, insurance, pensions, investments, or another regulated environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and other internal systems.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths at Grade C/Level 4 or above.
- Good numerical ability and confidence carrying out basic calculations.
