Our client, a prominent player in the financial services sector, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Technical Co-ordinator to join their Dealing Team within the Transfer Agency Department. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-touch client service to a diverse range of clients, ensuring excellence in third-party fund services.

Role Overview: As a part of the dedicated Dealing Team, the Technical Co-ordinator will support the seamless operation of shareholder servicing functions, including dealing, registration, finance, and client reporting. Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Support: Assist the Team Leader in daily operations and step in during their absence.
  • Oversight: Monitor processing quality and timeliness of the India TA Dealing team.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as an escalation point for unresolved queries from junior team members and the India team.
  • Client Reporting: Manage day-to-day reporting, including prediction, cash, and register reports.
  • Workflow Management: Analyse and manage workflow queues effectively.
  • Client Ownership: Take responsibility for assigned clients, ensuring all activities align with agreed timelines.
  • Documentation: Maintain up-to-date procedures and checklists while ensuring compliance with data protection standards.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with other TA functional areas and provide input for operational efficiency improvements.
  • Mentorship: Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for junior staff.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulations and internal policies.

Knowledge and Skills Required:
