Job Overview

Responsible for supporting both production and dispatch operations within a busy manufacturing and distribution environment. The role involves preparing, packing, and distributing goods accurately and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Duties

  • Working on production lines to assemble, pack, and prepare goods for dispatch
  • Picking, packing, and accurately labelling products
  • Preparing orders for delivery and loading/unloading goods
  • Operating FLT equipment (valid licence required)
  • Carrying out quality checks to ensure product standards are met
  • Supporting warehouse and dispatch operations as required
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
  • Following all health & safety procedures and company policies
  • Working as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in a production, warehouse, or dispatch environment
  • Valid FLT licence essential
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
