Job Overview
Responsible for supporting both production and dispatch operations within a busy manufacturing and distribution environment. The role involves preparing, packing, and distributing goods accurately and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Duties
- Working on production lines to assemble, pack, and prepare goods for dispatch
- Picking, packing, and accurately labelling products
- Preparing orders for delivery and loading/unloading goods
- Operating FLT equipment (valid licence required)
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure product standards are met
- Supporting warehouse and dispatch operations as required
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Following all health & safety procedures and company policies
- Working as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a production, warehouse, or dispatch environment
- Valid FLT licence essential
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
- Physically fit due to manual handling requirements
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- Valid right to work in Northern Ireland
This is a temp ongoing role with the potential to become permanent based on attendance and performance.
