Opportunity to join a growing medical device company with a strong hospital presence and established customer base. This role offers a mix of account management and new business development across a defined territory, working closely with clinical stakeholders and supporting procedures in theatre.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and grow sales across hospital accounts within the territory
  • Build relationships with Consultants, Nurses, NCHDs and Procurement teams
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities within existing and new accounts
  • Provide clinical support in theatre to support procedures and outcomes
  • Deliver product training and technical guidance to clinicians
  • Manage territory planning, forecasting and pipeline development
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Attend relevant industry meetings and conferences

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in medical device sales
  • Experience selling into hospital or theatre environments
  • Clinical background (nursing or science) is an advantage
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage a territory independently
  • Target-driven with a proactive approach
  • Full driving licence
