Part-Time Office Coordinator
Location: Queens Road, Belfast, BT3 9DT
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 10:00am - 2:00pm (16 hours per week)
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour

About the Role
Adecco Recruitment is currently seeking a Part-Time Office Coordinator to join a busy and professional office based in Belfast's Titanic Quarter. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a role that offers a great work-life balance while playing a key part in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a friendly and welcoming workplace. This position is temporary to permanent, with the opportunity to secure a permanent role based on performance and attendance.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls and emails.
- Manage office supplies and maintain stock levels.
- Coordinate meetings, including arranging meeting rooms and refreshments.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and building management.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of communal areas.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, document formatting, and filing.
- Support new starter onboarding and assist with basic HR administration.
- Monitor office maintenance issues and coordinate resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with basic health and safety procedures.
Skills and Experience
- Previous administration or office support experience is desirable; however, full training will be provided.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A friendly, professional approach and the ability to work independently.
