About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Introducer / Executive to join a well-established financial services organisation based in Belfast City Centre. As a Customer Introducer, you will be the first point of contact for customers who have already expressed an interest in the company's products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Speak with customers via inbound and outbound telephone calls.
- Introduce customers to the company's products and services.
- Schedule appointments between customers and retirement advisers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, financial services, or similar environment.
- Confidence speaking with customers over the phone.
- Good computer literacy, including experience using Outlook, Microsoft Word, and CRM systems.
- The ability to work towards targets and deadlines without compromising quality.
- A minimum of GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) at Grade C/4 or above.
