Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Bangor. The role involves operating large-scale industrial machinery to produce adhesive-coated tapes used in automotive, aerospace, and industrial applications. You will work as part of a small, focused team, following production schedules and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and manually control production machines
- Load raw materials and unload finished products from machinery
- Follow production schedules and operating procedures accurately
- Monitor and maintain product quality throughout the manufacturing process
- Identify issues or problems during production and escalate as needed
- Work safely and comply with all health and safety guidelines
- Perform basic data entry and computer tasks as required
