Ergonomic Assessor & Installation Engineer covering Northern Ireland, mainly Belfast. £30,000.00 per year. Permanent position, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm.

As an Ergonomic Assessor & Installation Engineer, you will play a vital role in transforming workspaces and improving the well-being of our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Evaluate client workspaces, identify design or arrangement risks, and recommend tailored solutions like chairs, desks, and equipment, to optimize human well-being.
- Engage with clients to understand their ergonomic needs, addressing their concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Assemble and install bespoke workstations, ensuring that clients are familiarised with their new equipment.
- Assess the layout of workspaces to enhance ergonomics, aesthetics, and productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments and installations, generating before-and-after reports to showcase improvements.
- Provide exceptional service throughout the process, addressing any client requests or concerns.
What We're Looking For:
- Empathetic communication skills to ensure clients feel heard and valued.
- Experience in setting up and adjusting workplace furniture with a focus on safety best practices.
- Capability to identify issues and develop innovative solutions.
- Precision in assessing needs and executing installations.
- Ability to explain ergonomic concepts clearly.
- A friendly approach that puts clients at ease.
- Skill in managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- A valid driver's license is required; no more than 3 points is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends when necessary.
- Successful Advanced DBS check is required.
