Hourly Rate: 18.96 per hour
Working Pattern: Full Time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
End Date: February 2027
Our client is seeking a dynamic and passionate Employability and Skills Mentor to make a significant impact in the lives of young people and adults in the South Gloucestershire community. Key Responsibilities
As an Employability and Skills Mentor, you will:
- Act as a vital link between clients and specialist services, aiding in overcoming barriers to employment.
- Support clients pre-employment and in-work by identifying opportunities and pathways tailored to their needs.
- Conduct initial diagnostics to develop personal action plans that align with clients' career aspirations.
- Maintain engagement with clients, providing necessary support to ensure progression and success.
- Accurately upload information to the CRM system to track contacts, progression, and outcomes against KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with the Skills Team to deliver essential employability programmes, including Future Bright and Work4You.
- Foster strong relationships with schools, colleges, and training providers to enhance the skills of local learners.
