We're looking for a Manufacturing Finishing Technician to join a growing and innovative engineering business based in Worcester. The Role

As a Manufacturing Finishing Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring components meet customer specifications and quality standards before they are dispatched.

Working as part of the production team, you will carry out a variety of finishing and post-production processes using hand and power tools.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Grinding, deburring, fettling, sanding, polishing and finishing components
  • Removing excess material and surface imperfections
  • Operating hand tools and pneumatic equipment safely and effectively
  • Using grinders, die grinders, sanders and burr tools
  • Carrying out visual quality inspections
  • Reading and working from engineering drawings and specifications where required
  • Identifying and reporting quality issues
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
  • Supporting production targets while maintaining excellent quality standards
  • Following all Health & Safety and PPE requirements
